Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all package purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any completed or unused sessions. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to reschedule any missed sessions or address any concerns you may have. If you have any specific questions about your package or treatment, please contact us prior to booking.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the session price. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the session. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule.
Late Policy:
To ensure we can provide the best experience for every client, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to shorten your session to respect the time of other clients. Late arrivals will still be charged the full session price, as we have reserved that time specifically for you.
Package Expiration
Package Expiration:Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and all sessions must be used within this time frame. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
